Due to Cognitive Network Solutions successful growth within the Government and local authority sector, having served over 100 non commercial organisations in the last 13 years, we have teamed up with supplier Insight and are now able to offer all of our data availability/management products and services within the Government’s Buying Solutions IT Hardware and Software (CITHS) framework.  This removes the need to go to costly European journal tenders and saving’s of £50,000 plus can be made by utilising this frame work.  Cognitive Network Solutions is a sub contractor for Insight.
